Course Content

GroupWise administrators usually have very little system administration work to do.

Updates often introduce new features that aren’t always used right away.

And it’s good to revisit the basics every now and then to understand how a GroupWise system works.

This training session will cover some of the fundamentals of GroupWise administration.

You will then have a better understanding of the GroupWise structure and will be able to respond more effectively, quickly, and precisely when troubleshooting issues.
